Where does a new owner find the Declaration?
- 737 conversations in the Google Group, going back to 2016
- A folder on somebody’s laptop, or a drawer at the cabin
- Ask a neighbor — and hope they remember it right

Every one opens in full on the site, and every one has the county's own recorded PDF.
The question that kept coming up
There is no separate set of by-laws.
- None was ever recorded, and none could be located
- The Declaration and its 2017 amendment govern — that is what the site says, plainly
- Where the Declaration refers to “By-Laws”, no such document exists
A new owner can now read that for themselves instead of asking around.

Those stay in the Google Group, behind the login. The site carries what is already public record at the county.
The one thing I need from this meeting
Is there anything on there that shouldn't be?
I asked by email on August 29 and nobody answered. That is not the same as everybody being happy — it is easier to say out loud.
Anything that should come down comes down the same day.

- The contact address routed through to the association
The domain is the only recurring cost, and it is already a budget line.

If nobody would use it, it should not be built.
